A bit more about meI'm an Exercise Physiologist, Strength Coach, and Science Nerd 🤓. I love the gym and exercise as it's a powerful medicine of life.
My love for exercise started a kid who swam for 12 years, and trying out a variety of sports growing up (oz tag, volleyball, long short and long distance running, taekwondo, etc).
Then I after high school I got into lifting and improving my health because I was a skinny 42kg kid that played lots of video games.
I'm now an advocate of the benefits of the gym and movement as you can:
Rehab pains and injuries
Build stronger muscles, and feel & look betterÂ
Master movements by building mobility and flexibility
There are small domino effects that happen to become a happier healthier human
Right now in my free time I go to the gym, go for some jogs, my sport of choice is bouldering, or walking and playing with my dog.
I then decided to do 5 years of studying to get some of my credentials.Â
Master of Exercise Physiology from The University of Sydney
Bachelors Health Science (Sports & Exercise Science)Â
Expired fitness certifications like ASCA
